He is the very first Belgian Minister and European politician to transform his monthly payment into Bitcoins. Bruzz has reported that the minister will convert his monthly payment with a value of around $6,140.75 into Bitcoins. He is a member of the Humanist Democratic Centre [CDH] party. He also says that he is hopeful that his decision will also motivate other politicians to take interest in this newly arrived tech.
