Recently, Block, formerly known as Square is going to enable its users to gift BTC in the holidays through Cash App. A representative from the Cash App said that transfers will begin at a minimum of $1. Block, the digital payments company made an announcement suggesting that their Cash App users will get the chance to send gifts to their families and friends consisting of Bitcoin. Not just crypto, but the users will be able to gift stocks as well in the holiday season.

A tweet shared on Tuesday by the Cash App stated that its active users, which rounds for 40 million in a month will have the option to send Bitcoin worth a minimum of $1 or any stock in the form of a gift like they used to send cash. The company has joined the list with other providers like Coinbase and Paypal to enable their users to send crypto in the form of payment or present it to other parties.
