Dogecoin Now Accepted for Payment in KFC-Canada

Kentucky Fried Chicken has increased its payment possibilities for its Canadian clients by adding the Dogecoin cryptocurrency.

This is not the first time the worldwide renowned fried chicken franchise food chain has acknowledged cryptocurrencies. Back in January 2018, the KFC-Canada section began to promote the “Bitcoin Basket”, which could be purchased with BTC through BitPay. However, this turned out to be a short-term marketing tactic.

In recent times, the utilization of Dogecoin has been achieving large scales. For example, Mark Cuban’s Dallas Mavericks, the electronics vendor Newegg, and the internet services company EasyDNS have all begun allowing the cryptocurrency to showcase a Shiba Innu dog as its recognized logo for payments.

In late Thursday Dogecoin marked a new all-time highest price at $0.70 and persists to move higher, overcoming short rate corrections.

We remind that a recent study conducted by the payment service provider corporation Mastercard revealed that more than 40% of its users are looking forward to utilizing its projected cryptocurrency payment services.
