Bitcoin Can Now Be Bought in Italian Supermarkets

The Italian Young Platform, which offers crypto assets buying, including Bitcoin, started a cooperation with the Viacash company. Thanks to this, users can now replenish their crypto assets in supermarkets.

The platform, launched a few years ago, has established itself in the world of crypto trading and allows its users to trade over 20 different crypto assets.

In addition, a couple of months ago, the Pro platform was launched. It is optimized for more experienced users, allowing traders to get more information relevant to their work with cryptocurrencies.

Although the platform accepts traditional payment methods, name cards, bank transfers, and Apple Pay, the new option will make it much easier for clients to replenish their accounts and stock the various crypto assets, being sold on the platform.

The operation is quite simple: users must select the amount of the payment, generate the corresponding barcode, go to the Penn Market or PAM supermarkets, and scan the barcode.

“It is easier and faster for many to refill the account in the supermarket during shopping, rather than transferring the assets through the web, especially if you are new to this”, explained Andrea Ferrero, who is the CEO of the Young Platform.

Currently, the Italian platform is being used by more than 200 thousand users. It is expected that 120 thousand users will be connected to the Pro platform in the near future.
