A digital art piece by Rick and Morty co-author Justin Roiland was sold for $ 290,000.

The work titled “The Smintons” was presented at an auction at the Nifty Gateway marketplace, the winner purchased it for $290,100.

This piece is a component of a crypto collection created by Roiland and bestowed with the “Best I Could Do” label. The series includes a few pieces influenced by Rick and Morty, as well as more iconic cartoons, among which “The Simpsons”.
