Major Bitcoin buyer Barry Silbert, who is associated with Grayscale, has acquired BTC and other blockchain-based cryptocurrencies for an additional billion dollars.
As it is announced on the Twitter account of the company, the firm has crypto assets under management worth $46.2 billion, having risen from the previous amount of $45.2 billion.
Earlier this week, the asset management corporation acquired LINK, BAT, LPT tokens and formed supplementary cryptocurrency trusts, backed by these popular altcoins.
In addition, large quantities of ETC, Litecoin, and XLM have been purchased.
We remind that Grayscale not long ago made the choice to turn its Bitcoin-backed trust into a Bitcoin-based ETF. It is noteworthy that at the end of March Bitcoin closed its most successful first quarter of the year since 2013.
