In Russia, there is a problem with the so-called “inequality”, when residents of a megalopolis actively use the Internet and technologies, while in most small towns people are a long way away from digitalization. This points to the fact that digitalization is important for solving social and economic problems. Furthermore, the time of urbanization has shown that digital technologies attract people with comfort and the opportunity to participate in the life of the city.
